Ben,
Please accept our apology for sending a belated "Thank You." Its been a hectic few weeks. We called you after Sears, the company that installed our air conditioner, was not working. The service man from Sears said "our fan was broken" and we were nearly out of Freon. The cost to repair these problems was appx. $3000. Needless to say we were very concerned. So, we felt perhaps we needed a new conditioner system. The next day a salesman came in to advise us that our air conditioner was obsolete and we had to go for a new system called a "space system" to the tune of $20,000. less a $1500. coupon. Needless to say that was not possible. We then called the office for a second opinion. They gave us your phone number. You diagnosed our problem from the schematic's that Sears gave us when they installed the air conditioner. The fan was not broken. It was wired wrong and we were down one 1 quart of Freon. The rest of the story is history. Your repair cost us $350. That is a big difference from $3000. to $20,000. for either a repair or a new system.
Our "air" has been running great thanks to you. We plan on posting our letter to you in our Rec Center with your card attached. Please let us know if this is OK with you.
Thanks again and know you are our "Air" man.
Sincerely,
